 Chad Werley
Chad Werley joined Sundance Insurance in January of 2006 as a commercial, life and health agent. Chad is currently pursuing his Certified Insurance Counselor Designation as well.
Chad graduated from Kofa High School and was recruited to Arizona Western College on a football scholarship. Once he was at Arizona Western College he won the NJCAA All-Conference honors for place kicking and was a pre-season All American. He was also on the University of Arizona football team from 2003-2004. He then graduated in 2005 and came back to Yuma to join Sundance. Now Chad volunteers his time coaching high school kickers and middle school soccer teams. As well as being a coach, he still plays football for semi-professional leagues where he has broken most place kicking records for the CSFL and is currently the all time leading kicker in the CSFL.
Chad specializes in a broad range of small to large insurance accounts, so he would be more than happy to help you with any of your insurance needs.

 Don Werley
Don Werley, co-owner of Sundance Insurance Agency, Inc. started in the insurance business in 1973. Don holds property and casualty and life, as well as health licenses in Arizona and California. Don is a Certified Insurance Counselor. Don specializes in commercial insurance and life and health insurance.
Don was born and raised in Yuma. He graduated from Kofa High School, received his A.A. degree from Arizona Western College and a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University. Don’s community activities have included Rotary past president, Boys and Girls Club past president, Yuma City Task Force. He also was on the Mainstreet Advisory Board for the City of Yuma. Don has been involved with the Yuma Southwest Contractors Association, as a board member. He also has been a soccer coach for over 20 years coaching recreation, as well as competition teams in the Yuma area. Currently, Don is helping Woodard Jr. High School with their soccer program, along with his wife, Candy, who teaches math at Woodard and his son Chad, who also is employed with Sundance Insurance Agency. Don is also the past president of the Yuma Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona.
Don is currently active in the Stoneridge Church praise band and is helping coach his grandson, Gavin, who is on a 7 year old soccer team. Don is married to Candy, his best friend. He has three sons and three awesome grandchildren.

 Deborah Blakesley
Deborah M. Blakesley, co-owner of Sundance Insurance Agency, Inc. has been in the insurance business in Yuma since 1982 and with Sundance Insurance Agency, Inc. since 1989. She holds property and casualty and life and health licenses in Arizona and California and is a Certified Insurance Counselor (C.I.C.). Deborah specializes in commercial insurance and bonding.
Deborah grew up in Yuma and graduated from Kofa High School and Northern Arizona University. She holds a degree in General Studies with a dual focus in business and fine arts. Her community activities have focused on housing and education issues, She was one of the founders of the Habitat for Humanity affiliate in Yuma and served as its president and CEO for nine years. During that time she also served on the Habitat for Humanity of Arizona Board of Directors. She served the City of Yuma on the Fair and Affordable Housing Commission and has been a tutor for Yuma Reading Council teaching adults to read. She has volunteered with many different community and church organizations through the years.
Professionally she has served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of Yuma County and on the education committee for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona.
She has been honored for her work in affordable housing with repeated nominations for Citizen of the Year for Yuma County and the Yuma Community Foundation Heart of Yuma Awards. She has also served as a delegate to President George HW Bush’s Faith Based Partnership Conference.
Deborah is a musician and sings with the Arizona Western College choral groups as her time permits. Her hobbies include sewing, quilting, reading and watching “Encore Performances” of Star Trek on DVD. She is married to Walt and they have two grown children, six amazing grandchildren and a Belgian Shepherd dog.

 Michael Page
Michael became associated with Sundance Insurance Agency in May 2005. Michael started his insurance career as an agent for New York Life on April 24, 1972 in Douglas, AZ. In 1982 he was promoted to Sales Manager and moved to Yuma’s New York Life Sales Office. In 1988 New York Life promoted Michael to Associate General Manager. In 1990 Michael became District Manager of Mass Mutual in Yuma. During his tenure as a producing District Manager, from 1993 to 2001, Michael was awarded membership in The Million Dollar Round Table for his production of Life and Health Insurance products. For the past 10 years, Michael has been a designated Preferred Partner with Oppenheimer Funds.
Outside Activities:
Michael is proud to be a life-time member of The Order Of The Purple Heart for wounds received while proudly serving his country in Vietnam. Michael also is an active member of the Special Forces Association being awarded the coveted “Green Beret.” He served in South Vietnam from 1969 to 1970 and was highly combat decorated as a commander of a Special Forces A-Team in 1970.
Michael attended the University of Arizona and obtained his degree in Agriculture Economics along with his commission as an officer in the U.S. Army Infantry.
Michael specializes in Employee Benefits. He has assisted many companies with their Pension Plans, Group Health Insurance and Individual Medicare Supplement.
